Home Health AidesHelp with bathing, eating, cleaning the home and preparing meals.

Our Home Health Aides (HHA’s) are trained to provide personal home care to maintain our patients’ health and well being in the comfort of their own home. Our Home Health Aides provide assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other needs. All care is monitored by your assigned social worker and Registered Nurse.

You, your social worker and your nurse will decide what type of services your licensed home aid will provide.

Personal home care provided by our Home Health Aides may include one or more of the following services:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing and personal grooming
  • Food preparation
  • Monitor diet and nutrition
  • Provide intimate personal care and hygiene
  • Reminders to take medications
  • Answer the telephone
  • Arrange appointments
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Receive home deliveries
  • Take walks
  • Light housekeeping
All personal care is provided by licensed and trained caregivers and is monitored by the Registered Nurse assigned to your case or your Therapist.
